According to information from institutions involved in issues of prisoners, for example, the third group of prisoners in the first phase should pass through the 'Rudana' area in Ramallah, while in the Palestinian camp of Jabaliya, representatives of Hamas handed over to the Israeli Red Cross the soldier Yam Berger (19 years old). The list includes 110 prisoners, of which 32 are sentenced to life imprisonment, 48 have high sentences, and 30 are minors.
