"We strongly urge Israel to fulfill its obligations under the agreement on the ceasefire, including ensuring the flow of humanitarian aid to the Gaza sector. Any delay or obstruction in this process will have serious consequences," stated representatives of Hamas.
An agreement on the exchange of prisoners was previously reached between the parties, but Israel has not yet fulfilled its obligations regarding the provision of humanitarian aid, which raises concerns in Hamas.
