On Thursday, the leader of the Hamas movement, Taher Al-Nono, confirmed that the organization rejects the idea of a "temporary cessation of hostilities" in the Gaza sector, however, is ready to consider any proposals that would lead to their permanent cessation.
"We reject all proposals for a temporary cessation of hostilities," said Al-Nono.
