The followers of Palestinian authority have issued an urgent appeal regarding the cessation of "war crimes of extermination" and the protection of Palestinian women.
The Vice-President of the Palestinian administration Khani al-Hassan has urgently called for an "international public opinion to intervene in the halt of military actions aimed at extermination, targeting the corpses of victims and harming them in their numbers."
At the time of the press conference in Ramallah, Khani al-Hassan stressed that Israeli authorities must immediately cease the policy of extermination, while the international community must protect Palestinian women and provide them with lasting peace and security. A member of the implementing committee of the Organization for the Liberation of Palestine, Hanan Ashrawi, also joined the call for the protection of the lives of Palestinian women, condemning the systemic racism, arrests, and threats from Israeli authorities.
Ashrawi also pointed out the necessity to protect the rights and safety of all women in the occupied Palestinian territories, particularly emphasizing the importance of protecting Palestinian women suffering from gross human rights violations.
