The Parliament of the Arab World expressed extreme indignation in connection with the resurgence of Israeli occupation and the construction of settlements. In an official statement, published after a meeting chaired by the speaker of the Arab World Parliament, the latest actions by Israel, which undermine peace and security in the region, are condemned.
"We are once again condemning the renewed Israeli actions aimed at consolidating the occupation and enhancing settlements, which represent a violation of all resolutions and treaties," the statement said.
The Parliament also expressed its support for international efforts to achieve a fair resolution of the conflict based on a two-state solution and the respect of international law.
