Four Palestinians were killed, including three police officers, as a result of clashes in the village of جِنين on the West Bank of the Jordan River. The incident occurred during an operation by Israeli security forces aimed at searching for and arresting suspects involved in terrorist acts.
According to eyewitnesses, one of the killed police officers was shot inside his car when they opened fire on him. The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed the death of four individuals who sustained gunshot wounds.
"We condemn this act of terrorism, carried out by Israeli forces in the village of Jenin. This is part of the terrorist policy of persecution, which is practiced by the occupying force," - stated a representative of the Palestinian Ministry of Interior.
