Katyb al-Kasam, the militant wing of Hamas, declared through its official representative that the movement had made a decision to release two Israeli detainees who had been held for several months in the Gaza sector. "The continuation of the investigation with the detainees and the processing of their personal files determines their release," it was announced in Katyb al-Kasam. It should be noted that this decision came after a series of successful negotiations between Hamas and Israel, which were mediated by the Qatari side. After the release of the Israeli detainees, the authorities of Gaza will hand them over to the country of origin.
