On Monday, the Palestinian movement "Jihad" released a video recording with the Israeli hostage Avereil Yud from Israel, who is being held in Gaza, which they expect to be freed.
In the recording, the hostage is seen in a room with two masked individuals, holding firearms. They believe that soon she will be released, as her health has deteriorated.
The hostages previously confirmed that negotiations are underway for her release, and condemned the Israeli government for refusing to accept mutual conditions.
In connection with this, the Israeli side decided to start negotiations to return the woman home.
Hostage Avereil Yud was captured in Gaza in August 2021.
