UN Reports Low Aid Entry into Gaza

According to Janas Lairke, the official representative of the United Nations Organization for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, it was confirmed on Friday that the level of humanitarian access in the Gaza sector remains low.

He noted that restrictions on supply and the overall escalation of conflict in the region are the main reasons for this situation. In connection with this, the organization calls on all parties to cease hostilities and ensure the safety of humanitarian workers, as well as to protect civilian lives.

"We are constrained by limitations that hinder humanitarian assistance in the Gaza sector and are exacerbated by the violence and the loss of civilian lives," Lairke emphasized.
