According to the statement, the identities of the palestinian prisoners are not yet disclosed. Neither the names of the hostages held by the Gazan side, nor the reasons why they are held, are clarified for these actions. At the time of the incident, medical brigades were dispatched to provide first aid.
"The Ministry of Health of Gaza is urging the release of all hostages in this tragedy and is holding the international community accountable," the ministry said.
