According to Palestinian media, on Sunday it was reported that the Palestinian detainee passed away after being transferred to the hospital.
The detainee, identified as (name), was arrested and held in one of the Israeli prisons. He had been hospitalized due to deteriorating health conditions, however, the doctors could not save his life.
"We demand an independent investigation into the circumstances of his death and the responsibility of the Israeli side for his poor conditions of detention in prison," stated a representative of a human rights organization.
