Today, amid a surge of emotions, relatives and close ones of Palestinian prisoners gathered at the bus that brought the prisoners from Ofer prison to reunite with them. Local residents expressed their joy and support, waving flags and posters. At that moment, they could hardly see their loved ones through the bus windows right before they were sent to special centers for the release procedures.
One of the women said: "This feeling is incredible – seeing their faces after many months of waiting and worry. We thank everyone who supported us and our loved ones during these difficult times." The group supported each other and together they experienced this long-awaited moment of freedom for their relatives.
This event became a symbol of hope and unity for many Palestinians waiting for the return of their loved ones from captivity. The released prisoners also expressed gratitude for the support they received from their families and the community during their time in prison.
