Yesterday evening, the Israeli army retreated from the village of Tulkaram and its two camps. This occurred after entering the village and conducting a large-scale operation to detain individuals.
After this, the army began carrying out raids on homes, which provoked protests from local residents. Local residents organized a protest march against the actions of the army, demanding an end to the raids and incursions.
One of the representatives of the local council stated: "We demand that the army cease its aggression against our village and not interfere in the lives of the peaceful population." Another resident noted that such actions only exacerbate tensions in the region.
