On Sunday in the village of Ma'clat Ash-Shuhada, not far from the Jenin area, dozens of people followed the path of the last two with a teenage girl Leila al-Khatib. The ministry stated that the child was killed by a bullet to the heart. "Leila was a light, she was a flower," said the mother of the deceased. "We do not know why this happened, we have no weapons, we do not pose a threat to them," she added, referring to the Israeli army. Sources in medical circles reported that the girl fell under the fire of the Israeli army during clashes on the occupied West Bank of the Jordan River.
