Yesterday, on Monday, the movement "Hamas" announced that it would not participate in new negotiations regarding agreements on the cessation of hostilities and the exchange of prisoners in the Gaza Strip.
This statement was made after Israeli military attacks led to the deaths of several Palestinians, one of whom was a member of "Hamas". The decision of the movement is linked to the alleged Israeli violations of the agreed terms of the agreement.
"We will not participate in new negotiations. Israel must comply with the conditions of previous agreements; otherwise, there will be consequences," - said a representative of "Hamas" in his address to the Israeli side.
This statement marks an increase in tensions in the region and complicates the prospects for achieving a long-term peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
