According to the statement of health authorities in the Gaza sector, as a result of Israeli airstrikes on a school where asylum seekers were located in the northern sector, 15 Palestinians were killed.
Witnesses reported that one of the airstrikes on Sunday hit a multi-apartment residential building in the north of Gaza, where the Yusuf Al-Tamimi school was located. As a result of the incident, 15 people died, including 9 children. Also, more than 20 people were injured in the aftermath of the airstrike.
Among the victims, there are several children who were at the school. According to witnesses, rescue operations are being conducted in the area following the previous airstrikes.
